Under våren och sommaren 2025 deltar jag bara i mindre separat- och grupputställningar och har satsat huvuddelen av min tid på att jobba med offentliga gestaltningar, och några av dem slutförs under året och en invigs redan nu i maj. Jag har ett lån (efter det att ekonomin inte gick ihop sig till den stora satsningen med filmer, utställningsproduktion och katalog till utställningen Peter Picasso i Tomelilla 2023), som nu måste avbetalas klart innan jag har råd och vågar dra igång nya större utställningsprojekt. Därför har jag fokuserat på publika permanenta skulpturer som med lite tur kan ge ekonomi till att betala av detta lån.
Men jag har även hoppfulla planer för hösten 2025, att till sist försöka genomföra mitt drömprojekt Samlade bitterheter, en bok om de konstnärliga projekt som aldrig blivit genomförda, och där finns hemskt många, en blandning av misslyckanden, bitterheter och sådant som jag idag är mycket glad över att aldrig fick möjligheterna att se dagsljus. Det är högt och lågt beskrivet i både bilder, skisser, ritningar, kalkyler, beskrivningar och modeller, med förklarande texter om dessa olika misslyckanden av den fantastiskt kunniga författaren Ulrika Knutson. Jag hoppas boken kommer ut på A+O Publishers under våren 2026.

During the spring and summer of 2025, I will only participate in smaller solo and group exhibitions and have invested most of my time in working with public artworks, and some of them will be completed during the year and one will be inaugurated already in May. I have a economic loan (after the finances did not come together for the large art project with films, exhibition and catalogue for the exhibition Peter Picasso in Tomelilla 2023), which now must be paid off in full before I can afford and dare to start new major exhibition projects. Therefore, I have focused on public permanent sculptures that, with a little luck, can provide the finances to pay off this loan.
But I also have hopeful plans for the fall of 2025, to finally try to implement my dream project Collected Bitternesses, a book about the artistic projects that have never been implemented, and there are an awful lot of them, a mixture of failures, bitterness and things that I am today very glad never had the opportunity to see the light of day. It is described in detail in both pictures, sketches, drawings, calculations, descriptions and models, with explanatory texts about these various failures by the fantastic author Ulrika Knutson. I hope the book will be published in the spring of 2026 at A+O Publishers.
