In the winter of 2024, I have mainly been busy in private engagements, with a move to Malmö from Copenhagen and trying to restore my finances which went to rock bottom when the Peter Picasso exhibition in Tomelilla went way over budget. I now have a tough loan to pay on for five years.
Therefore, I invest very purposefully in trying to participate in public art assignments with the goal of carrying out and completing artwork commitments and in this way gaining control of my finances.
I will also carry out a larger sculpture project for Open Art, the biennial in Örebro, Sweden, and participate in group exhibitions in Brussels, Belgium and Borgå, Finland.
The exhibition tour Souvenir, with its reference book with the same name, also reaches its final destination through the last stop at Galleri Örsta in Kumla during the spring.
Two new books became a reality in 2023, the catalog Peter Picasso and the point-and-tell book Souvenir.
I would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone involved in front of the camera, everyone who was part of the productions and all those who supported the realisation in various ways. A warm thank you.
